What you can expect
- Handling various industrial property rights cases
- Preparing fee payments to patent offices in Germany and abroad
- Communicating with clients, patent offices and foreign correspondent firms
- Handling enquiries
- Careful documentation and filing of individual cases
What sets you apart
As a Patent Paralegal
- commercial training or subject-specific vocational training
- Initial professional experience in the field of intellectualpropertylaw
- Enjoyment of a structured and meticulousway of working
- Confidentuse of Microsoft 365 and digital tools
- Very goodwritten and spoken German and English skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and high level of reliability
- Attention to detail and a good sense of deadlines and details
- Quick comprehension and a structuredapproach to work
- Enjoyment of workingindependently and taking personal responsibility
