What you can expect
- Organising and managing the secretarial office of a patent attorney
- Coordinating appointments, deadlines and schedules
- Pre-sorting and processing incoming correspondence
- Organising travel, appointments and other administrative tasks
- Providing support with day-to-day activities, with the opportunity to gain experience in other areas of the firm’s daily operations
What sets you apart
As an Assistant
- Professional training, for example as a foreign language correspondent, is an advantage but not a requirement
- Career starters and applicants changing careers are very welcome
- Very good command of English and good command of German
- Confident use of Microsoft 365 and digital tools
- Enthusiasm for familiarising yourself with new topics and learning new things
- You are thorough and reliable
- You have excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
